#5 Wrestling Competes at Cliff Keen-Mike Duroe Invitational

MOUNT VERNON, Iowa – The Coe College wrestling team competed at the Cliff Keen-Mike Duroe Invitational hosted by Cornell College on Saturday. The Kohawks placed second out of eight teams with a total of 141.5 team points, behind UW-Lacrosse which totaled 165.5 team points. Coe did not pick up any first-place finishes during the invitational but Alex Friddle, Tristin Westphal and Guy Snow all picked up top-three finishes with victories in the third-place matches of their respective weight classes. The Kohawks will wrap up tournament action in a few weeks at the Loras College Open on February 1.
