WAVERLY, Iowa - The Coe College women's tennis team improved its American Rivers Conference record to 6-1 on Tuesday with a 7-2 victory over Wartburg. The Kohawks jumped out to a solid start in doubles, claiming two of the three matches to hold an early advantage. Coe would go on to win five of six matches in singles to secure the conference victory as the Kohawks were only forced to a third set in two matches. Isabella Hoppenjans had a great day for Coe, going undefeated in a pair of matches at number one doubles and number two singles.
