LINCOLN, Neb. - The Coe College Cheer and Dance Teams completed their competition seasons over the weekend at the 2022 American Rivers Conference Cheer and Dance Invitational which was hosted by Nebraska Wesleyan University. The teams competed in the four divisions - Dance (Pom), Cheer Stunt Co-Ed, Dance (Hip Hop) and Dance (Jazz).  The Kohawks finished fourth in the dance pom division, racking up 230.5 points, just 11.5 points behind third-place Nebraska Wesleyan. Coe also took fourth in the dance hip hip standings, securing 229.5 points. The dance jazz routine from Coe garnered 225.5 total points, finishing sixth in the division. The Cheer Stunt Co-Ed team earned a certificate of merit in the discipline, gaining a total of 37.2 points.
