CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Coe College men's cross country team raced locally Saturday morning, competing at Mount Mercy's Seminole Stamped at Seminole Valley Park. The Kohawk men were led by junior Trent Allen who posted an 8K time of 27:49.3 to place 92nd overall. Carson Strukel and Jack Stecher were Coe's next two runners to cross the finish line, placing 106th and 109th in the race with times of 28:58.6 and 29:04.3. The point-scoring finishes were rounded out by freshman duo Konnor Bruening and Kael Lawler, finishing 122nd and 126th overall. Shinnosuke Soga, Colin Chojnowski, Max Ferin, Arthur Seufferlein, Lane German, Riley Milburn, Miguel Kutter-Walker and Griffin Coates concluded the participants for Coe, making it 12 Kohawks to cross the finish line.
