CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Coe College women's cross country team raced Saturday at the Mount Mercy University Seminole Stampede, facing some of the top teams across the NAIA ranks. Senior
Lily Mayo set a new personal-best time in the 6K race, finishing 48th as she posted a time of 24:32.6.
Brieannah James and
Alexis Vaughn were neck-and-neck as Coe's next two racers across the line, placing 93rd and 94th with marks of 27:24.5 and 27:29.1.
Natalie Reifsteck (99th) and
Roz Hoefflin (105th) finished off Coe's point-scoring placements, turning in times of 28:04.3 and 29:10.1.
Helen Nguyen was the final participant for the Kohawks, finishing in 32:15.5 to place 112th.
