CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Coe College men's swimming & diving team concluded competition at the 2025 American Rivers Conference Championships Saturday evening at the Coe College Natatorium.
Kamen Rangelov added another conference title to his weekend haul, claiming the gold medal in the 200 breaststroke with an NCAA 'B' Cut qualifying time of 2:01.06. Rangelov's time smashed the previous conference, school and pool records, adding another dominant performance to his conference championship efforts.
Maxwell Deacon picked up Coe's second all-conference honor of the evening in the 200 fly, placing second with a time of 1:59.45, good for fourth on Coe's top-10 list.
Isaiah Lawshe turned in a strong swim in the B Final of the 200 breaststroke, beating the field with a time of 2:19.73. Following the meet, Rangleov was named the American Rivers Conference Male Freshman of the Meet after winning both the 100 and 200 breaststroke events in record-setting times.
