CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Coe College men's swimming and diving team concluded its regular season on Saturday at the Coe Natatorium, falling 110-80 in an American Rivers Conference dual to Simpson College. The Kohawk men showed well in the final dual matchup, picking up victories in seven different individual events. Kamen Rangelov secured three titles on the afternoon, taking home the gold medal in the 50 Free, 100 Free and 100 Breast. Rangelov's time in the 100 Free of 47.93 was fourth all-time while his marks in the 50 Free & 100 Breast were just shy of his own school-best times. Maxwell Deacon picked up a pair of wins and added another second-place finish for the Kohawks, winning the 100 Fly and 100 Back while finishing second in the 200 Free. Isaiah Lawshe joined Deacon with a pair of wins, securing titles in the 1000 Free and 200 IM while placing second in the 500 Free. Gianinno Coniglio, Joshua Yi, Tyler Lowe and Deon Edwards-Meloy combined for the best relay finish for the Coe men, placing third in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 2:11.61.
