Sophia Fain combined to give their team a 1-0 lead. Leasure, Gurung and Rozeboom proceeded to win their second matches of the afternoon in singles while
Alice Tysoe and
Addison Leasure joined the winner's club to polish off the victory. Hagness & Tysoe did their best to jump start Coe with a 6-3 win at number two doubles in the second match against Morningside but the Mustangs picked up 6-3, 6-2 wins to make it 1-0 early on. The opposition went on to complete the sweep in singles, winning five of six matches to seal the deal.
