Cedar Rapids, Iowa -- The Women's Soccer team won, 1-0, against Grinnell College at Clark Field, late Thursday night.

The lone goal for the Kohawks was scored in the 7th minute by forward, Amanda Hiebert, with an assist by midfielder Morgan Petsche. The goal was Hiebert's third of the season, having scored in prior each game of the Kohawks' season thus far.

Goaltender, Kacey Baker, recorded four saves for the night in relief. Sophomore goaltender, Alex Montalbano, got the start and earned the win.

The Kohawks play again, Saturday, September 7th against St. Catherine University in Minneapolis, Minn. Coe returns home to Clark Field on September 15th, when they face the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point at 1:00pm.
