MOUNT VERNON, Iowa - The Coe College women's tennis team earned a Bremner Cup point on Wednesday afternoon, taking down Cornell College 8-1. The Kohawks took two of three matches in doubles play to grab an early advantage and went on to sweep singles play to earn their sixth consecutive win of the season. The result moves Coe to 7-1 overall and 6-1 in A-R-C play while Cornell drops to 3-7 on the year.
