GENEVA, Ill. - The Coe College women's cross country team ended its 2022 season on Saturday morning, competing at the NCAA DIII Midwest Regional Championships. The Kohawks took 23rd place at one of the best regional meets in the country and had three personal best performances on the day. Fiona Mahler led Coe with a personal best in the 6K race, posting a time of 25:39.9 to finish 113th. Crystal Burke continued capped off another productive season for Coe with a mark of 26:16.0, taking 124th place overall. Cailyn Wright and Alondra Mathena joined Mahler with personal best times in the race, posting times of 27:48.4 and 32:39.5 respectively. Alexis Vaughn, who was Coe's fourth runner across the line, posted a time of 30:54.6.
