Box Score WINONA, Minn. - The Coe College women's tennis team saw its season come to a close on Saturday afternoon, falling 5-0 to top-seeded Luther College in the American Rivers Conference championship match. The Kohawks fell behind early in the match, suffering a 3-0 result in the doubles competition as Luther pulled out two narrow matches, 8-6 and 8-5. The Norse then picked up a pair of singles victories to clinch the match, taking matches at number three and number four to secure the league title. Coe ends the season with a record of 13-9 overall and 6-2 in the American Rivers Conference while Luther secures the league's automatic bid to next month's NCAA Tournament.
