CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Coe College women's cross country team competed at the 2024 American Rivers Conference Cross Country Championships on Saturday morning at Seminole Valley Park. The Kohawks were led by freshmen Keeauna Scheufele and sophomore Lily Mayo who paced the pack with a pair of top-50 finishes. Scheufele's impressive opening campaign with the Kohawks continued, finishing 36th despite dealing with injury throughout the race. Lily Mayo was close behind her teammate in 46th place, posting a time of 24:45.5, seconds shy of her personal best mark. Fiona Mahler, Brieannah James and Alexis Vaughn concluded the top five finishers for the Kohawks, placing 95th, 105th and 116th.
