Women’s Track & Field competes at Dubuque in final outdoor tune-up

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The Coe College women's track and field team concluded its outdoor regular season over the weekend at the University of Dubuque's Battle in the Bluffs. Coe's performance was highlighted by numerous PRs and several top-eight finishes. The Kohawks were led by Sangai Dukuly and Crystal Burke who claimed top-three finishes in the triple jump and 800m. Burke posted a new personal-best mark en route to a third-place finish, posting a new best time of 2:21.56. Dukuly finished second in the triple jump, recording a leap of 10.90m for the runner-up spot.

Sangai Dukuly - Triple Jump - 10.90m - 2nd
Tracy Allen - Hammer Throw - 43.96m - 8th
Sangai Dukuly, Crystal Burke, Morgana Goodlow, Toni Mitchell - 4x100 Relay - 52.31 - 6th
Lily Mayo - 1500m - 5:12.49 - 6th
Crystal Burke - 800m - 2:21.56 - 3rd

Up next: Coe is back on the track on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11 for the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships, hosted by Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska.
