Morgan Petsche cashed in on the chances for Coe in the 56th minute, scoring her fifth goal of the season. Coach Prunty's squad continued to apply pressure and struck just 13 minutes later as Sydney Schroder notched her fifth goal of the season to tie the game at two. Both teams had chances to break the tie over the final 20-plus minutes of play but neither team could find the finishing touch.
