CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Coe College men's tennis team advanced to the American Rivers Conference AQ tournament championship match with a 5-0 victory over Central in the semifinals on Friday afternoon. The Kohawks won the opening three matches in doubles play to take an early 3-0 lead while
Rami Hemaidan and
Jon Lasning clinched the match with a pair of singles victories. Coe, which improves to 14-4 on the season, held leads in all four remaining singles matches before its suspension.
