ST. PETER, Minn. - The Coe College men's tennis team finished its fall season over the weekend, competing at the ITA Regional Championships and Midwest Open Championships hosted by Gustavus Adolphus College. At the ITA Regional Championships, Alex Palomar, Ivan Burt-Smith and Graham Peterson each reached the second round in singles play before falling out of the tournament. In the Midwest Open Doubles Championships, Grant Idoux and Harry Hawbaker had a nice run, reaching the quarterfinal round with a trio of victories.

Up next: The men will take a break from competition for the remainder of 2022 and return to action in late January when they host Iowa Central in a preseason exhibition at Clark Racquet Center on January 28. The spring season will then begin on Saturday, February 4 when the Kohawks host a pair of non-conference matches against Morningside and UW-La Crosse.
