WAVERLY, Iowa - The #8 ranked Coe College wrestling team fell 22-15 to #1 ranked Wartburg College on Friday evening in an American Rivers Conference dual. The Knights won the opening two bouts of the evening to grab control early but Brock Henderson answered for Coe with a decision at 141. The tight matches continued throughout the rest of the dual but Wartburg secured victories at 149, 157, 174 and 184 to hold on for the victory over Coe. Will Esmoil, Mathieu Arsenault and Kaleb Reeves all joined Henderson, winning their respective matches while earning team points for the Kohawks. The loss drops Coe to 9-5 in dual matches and 3-2 in A-R-C duals while Wartburg improves to 12-1 and 6-0 in league duals.
