ORLANDO, FL. - The Coe College men's tennis team splits its final two matches during its spring break trip, falling to Franklin and Marshall 5-3 on Wednesday before defeating Connecticut College 9-0 on Thursday. The Kohawks had a solid start to Wednesday's match, getting victories at number one and two doubles from Rami Hemaidan/Bo Wilson and Jon Lansing/Graham Peterson. Franklin and Marshall went on to claim the victory thanks to a big 4-1 margin in singles as the match at number six was unfinished due to weather. Coe bounced back in a major way on Thursday, dominating Connecticut College for the 9-0 victory. The Kohawks cruised to all three doubles points before claiming all six singles matches including four in straight sets.  The results move Coe to 9-5 overall while Franklin and Marshall and Connecticut College move to 4-2 and 2-2 respectively.
