CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Coe College men's tennis team ended its non-conference schedule on Saturday with a 5-4 victory over Carleton College at Clark Racquet Center. The Kohawks got out to an early 2-1 lead after doubles victories from the number one pairing Rami Hemaidan/Bo Wilson and the number two pairing Jon Lansing/Graham Peterson. Coe went on to split the singles matches with Carleton, winning at number two, number three and number six to edge the Knights by a 5-4 margin. Lansing and Peterson both secured their second wins of the afternoon in singles while Graham Peterson earned a dramatic 7-5, 4-6, 7-5 victory to clinch the match for Coe. The result moves the Kohawks to 15-7 overall while Carleton falls to 10-4 on the season.
