GAME FACTS
  • Coe started strong in the opening half creating numerous chances inside the initial 20 minutes. Sam Sanchez, Ian Kearney and Juan Suarez all tested the keeper in the early going but all three Kohawks saw their shots saved. The Dutch took the lead with just over 10 minutes left in the half, playing quick cross-field ball before scoring from the edge of the penalty box. The Kohawks continued to pressure the Dutch defense in the second 45 minutes, registering five shots in the early going but attempts on target from Kearney and Kevin Williams were yet again saved. Coe kept pushing in the dying moments of the game but Central's defense proved too difficult to breakdown as the Dutch secured the 1-0 victory.

Up next: Coe is back on the road for its next A-R-C match, traveling to Dubuque on Saturday, October 21 for a match against Loras at 7:30 PM.
