INDIANOLA, Iowa - The Coe College dance team concluded its 2022-23 season on Sunday, competing at the American Rivers Conference Cheer & Dance Championships on the campus of Simpson College. The Kohawk dancers turned in one of their best efforts of the season, making large improvements from their early-season performances at State. Coe placed third in the Hip Hop and Jazz routine, finishing just behind Nebraska Wesleyan and Central with scores of 65.50 and 62.00. Overall, the team took fourth in the team dance competition standings, posting an average of 63.25. The team will regroup later this Spring to host tryouts for the 2023-24 season and more information regarding tryouts can be found here.
