WAVERLY, Iowa - The Coe College dance team competed at the 2024 American Rivers Conference Cheer and Dance Championships on Sunday at Wartburg College. The Kohawks competed against five other schools from the league in the dance portion of the event, competing with Central, Nebraska Wesleyan, Simpson, Wartburg and Buena Vista. Coe's performance was highlighted by junior
Reagan Brown who picked up second-team all-conference honors with a total score of 18.50. Overall, the Kohawk Dancers placed sixth in a highly competitive team race, finishing just over eight ponts behind first-place winners Central College. Coe's best finish came in the Jazz Division, finishing fourth with a team score of 73.00.
