PLATTEVILLE, Wisc. - The Coe College women's cross country team was in action for the second time this season on Saturday morning, competing at the UW-Platteville Gender Equity Invitational.
Elise Dummermuth and
Crystal Burke paced the Kohawk women, finishing inside the top 30 of a race that featured over 100 runners. Dummermuth was Coe's fastest runner on the day, posting a time of 26:02.8 for 24th place. Burke kept up her solid start to the 2023 season, following her season-opening win with a 29th place finish as she posted a time of 26:3.5.
Kendall Nolan, Fiona Mahler and
Lilly Mayo were Coe's final point scorers in the race, finishing 49th, 57th and 66th respectively.
