MARION, Iowa - The Coe College women's golf team currently leads this weekend's triangular against Loras and Mount Mercy, shooting an opening round team score of 339, seven strokes ahead of second place MMU. The Kohawks were led by
Megan Tanghe who leads the tournament after a first-round score of 78, the lone sub-80 round in the entire field.
Kye Daywitt was close behind Tanghe in round one, shooting 82 which is currently good for third place.
Morgan Cain turned in Coe's final sub-90 round of the day, posting an 89 to sit in seventh place.
