DECORAH, Iowa – The Coe College women's swimming and diving team competed at its first invitational of the season over the weekend, participating in the Luther College Invite on Friday and Saturday. The weekend was full of personal and season bests but was highlighted by individual victories from Devyn Nabarrete and Valerie Gutierrez. Nabarrete's stellar freshman season continued with victories in the 200 and 100 Breast, posting a pair of top-10 times in both races. Valerie Gutierrez delivered Coe's other top finish during the weekend, placing second in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:22.71.
