RIVER FOREST, Ill. – The Coe College women's soccer team dropped a road match on Saturday afternoon, falling 1-0 at Concordia Chicago. The Kohawks controlled most of the chances in the game, edging the Cougars 6-2 in shots on goal. The hosts took advantage of their chances despite the discrepancy, tallying the game's lone goal in the 62nd minute. The Kohawks forced four saves in the final 20-plus minutes but CUC's keeper stood tall and recorded the clean sheet.

- The first half netted just four shots in total as the teams felt one another out. The Kohawks recorded the lone shot on target in the first half in the 41st minute as Ashton Proctor had her attempt saved. CUC had its first shot on target in the 62nd minute and found the back of the net, scoring the lone goal after a scramble inside Coe's penalty area. The Kohawks pressed for the equalizer down the closing stretch but three saves including an 89-minute stop kept Coe off the board.
