Logston tops individual leaderboard at Glenn Carlson Invitational, Women's Bowling produces strong performances in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The Coe College women's bowling team wrapped up its 2025 action over the weekend in Las Vegas, competing in two USBC Tier 1 tournaments at the Glenn Carlson Invitational and the Collegiate Shoot-Out. Shelby Logston made headlines at the opening tournament of the weekend, finishing atop the individual leaderboard at the Glenn Carlson Invitational with a tournament average of 221.63 that included games of 247, 246, 236 and 234. She blew the field away, bettering second-place's average by over 11 pins, becoming the second player in program history to top the individual leaderboard. As a team, Coe finished just outside the qualifying positions, placing ninth with a team score of 7,433 after eight rounds. At the Collegiate Shoot-Out, the Kohawk women placed 14th as a team with a score of 7,377 after 16 Baker Games. Logston again led the individual efforts for Coe, placing 27th with an average of 192 and she was closely followed by Kaylee Harris who placed 55th with an average of 181.4.
