NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The Coe College women's track & field team was in action for the first time in 2026 on Saturday, competing in North Central's Pat Heenan Invitational. Coe was led by a trio of outstanding performances from Magdalynne Preuss, Lily Mayo and Piper Boggs, each delivering a top four finish for the Kohawk women. Preuss had the best finish of the lot, earning third in the 400M with a personal best time of 1:04.59. Lily Mayo was fourth in the 3000m with a strong race, finishing in 11:15.68. Piper Boggs rounded out the top-four finishes in the weight throw, tying her personal-best performance with a huck of 12.78m to place fourth. Alexandria Travis also recorded a strong performance for Coe, placing 14th in the shot put with a personal-best throw of 9.23m.
