CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The Coe College men's track & field team turned in a strong performance at its annual home meet earlier this week at the Forest Rittgers Invitational. The Kohawks were led by an outstanding performance in the 4x100 relay from
Terrence Morris, Talon Sargent, Isaiah Morgan and
Kaven Corbett as the group posted the sixth-fastest time in school history with a mark of 41.95. Coe picked up individual victories in two events with Corbett and
LaRon Donald placing first in the 400m and 400m Hurdles, respectively. Freshman
Jaden Royal continued his strong outdoor campaign with a third-place leap of 13.70m. Morris and Sargent also turned in solid individual finishes in the 200 and 100, placing seventh and eighth while
Trent Allen rounded out the individual top-three finishes in the 3000M with a third-place time of 9:21.30.
