CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Kohawks entered Sunday afternoon's game welcoming the Warhawks from UW-Whitewater. Coe proved to be outmatched by Whitewater as they were defeated 6-0, facing 23 shots on goal. It was an early start in the first half for the Warhawks, as they netted two goals within the first 20 minutes of the match. In the second half, Coe was able to muster up a few shots on goal to try and cut into the four-goal deficit, but was unable to fight their way back into the match as the Warhawks took the game 6-0.

- The scoring got started early as the Warhawks were able to poke one past Coe in the seventh minute. Whitewater would go on to score three more in the first half to bring the halftime score to 0-4. The Kohawk defense did well to slow the Warhawk offense and allowed their offense to put some pressure on the Whitewater lead. Magdalynne Preuss and Elly Manning were both able to register shots on goal in the second half. Ultimately, the Warhawks were able to tally two more goals to win the match 6-0.
