Weber joins the coaching staff after earning numerous all-conference honors in her Kohawk playing career from 2020-2023. Ella was an honorable mention ARC player in 2022 and named to the all-conference team in 2023. A team captain in 2022 and 2023, Weber finished her career with three game-winning goals and 11 total goals.
