WAUKEE, Iowa - The Coe College Clay Target team competed in its first meet on the road this weekend, competing at the Simpson College Invite at the New Pioneer Gun Club. The Kohawks finished fifth in the overall team standings, scoring 1471 total points.
Collin Malin was Coe's leading point scorer, finishing with 295 points.
Hunter Linder and
Erin Neppl followed closely behind, gaining 293 points each. 11 other Kohawk athletes were in action at the event with
Chase Dittmar, Whitney Finer, Lucas Heister, Samantha Kelchen, Cameron Kelso, Hunter Linder, Nathan Literrer, Hunter Miller, Roman Notsch, Carl Rathje, Bailey Swanson and
Ian Wick competing for Coe.
