IOWA CITY, Iowa - The Coe College men's golf team finished off its fall season on Tuesday, completing play at the Central Fall Classic. Two Kohawks finished inside the top-five individually as
Lucas Geiger and
Alec Brockmeyer ended their fall seasons well. Geiger, who earned all-conference honors in 2021, posted a second-round 75 on Tuesday to tie for third. Geiger made three birdies on the back nine and put together an impressive one-under back side. Brockmeyer, who entered the day in a tie for third, registered another sub-80 round, carding a 79 to finish in a tie for fifth place. Overall, Coe finished fifth in its final tournament of the season, recording a 36-hole total of 642. Nebraska Wesleyan, the 18-hole leaders, secured the team championship on Monday while Connor Vandewege of NWU was the individual medalist.
