DECORAH, Iowa - The Coe College Wrestling team turned in an impressive display at the American Rivers Conference duals on Saturday at Luther College, posting a perfect 4-0 record with dual victories over Nebraska Wesleyan, Luther, Loras and Simpson. The Kohawks dominated the competition, racking up 19 bonus-point victories throughout the duals. Coe also totaled 11 falls across four matches and posted bonus points in all 10 bouts against the Storm. The Kohawks began the day with an easy win over Nebraska Wesleyan that was highlighted by Cade Hornback, Bryce Parke, Brody Neighbor and Mathieu Arsenault who each recorded falls against the Prairie Wolves. Coe continued its strong display in a 33-12 victory over #20 Luther, handing the hosts a loss that featured pins from Parke, Ty Koedam and Jared Voss. The Kohawks were pushed to the brink in the third match of the day against Loras, edging the Duhawks 21-19 thanks to a strong close in the dual with Voss, Arsenault and Damari Dancy posting three-straight victories to end the match. Coe's most dominant victory came in its final of the day, shutting out Simpson 54-0 with bonus point wins at each weight class. Arsenault, who entered the day 15th, was Coe's most outstanding wrestler of the duals, posting a 4-0 record with a pair of falls and two decisions. Jared Voss was also a perfect 4-0 at 184, earning a trio of bonus-point wins and a forfeit to go unbeaten. Parke and Will Esmoil also posted impressive performances on the day, each going 3-0.
