CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Coe College women's bowling team finished third last weekend at the Mount Mercy Five Seasons Open, riding the back of
Whittney Morse who secured a fifth-place finish and a spot on the all-tournament team. Morse registered a 191.2 tournament average, bouncing back from tough opening scores in game one and two with scores of 232, 207 and 213 to finish the tournament. The team totaled 7807 pins overall and posted a solid 7-3 record in head-to-head play.
Lauren Bodman, Carli Gordon and
Katrina Kendle completed Coe's top individual finishes, placing 12th, 16th and 21st to help boost the team scores.
