COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa – The Coe College women's bowling team picked up its fourth team trophy of the 2024 season last weekend, bringing home the team trophy from the second Mid Iowa Bowling Conference tournament of the season.
Katrina Kendle also made headlines individually, leading the women to the team title with a first-place finish and a tournament average of 192. Kendle posted her tournament-high 247 in game four and also hit the 200-mark in game two. Four more Kohawks finished inside the top seven individually with
Lauren Bodman, Whittney Morse, Mikaili Truman and
Kali Johnson placing third, fourth, fifth and seventh respectively. Bodman and Morse were the varsity squad's next-highest finishers, posting tournament averages of 183.6 and 175.2. Truman and Johnson were the JV team's highest individual placers, ending the tournament with averages of 174.6 and 170.2 respectively.
