STORM LAKE, Iowa - The Coe College men's tennis team picked up its second sweep in as many days on Saturday afternoon, rolling past Buena Vista 9-0 in an A-R-C road matchup. The Kohawks cruised to an early 3-0 in doubles, winning 8-5 at number one and two and 8-2 at number three. Doubles pairings
Luke Doig / Alex Palomar, Isaac Hinze / Harry Hawbaker and
Bode Carter / Kohen Juelfs claimed the perfect start for the Kohawks. The same six players completed the clean sweep in singles play, winning all six matches in straight sets as the Kohawks improved to 11-10 on the year and 5-1 in the A-R-C.
Up next: The Kohawks conclude their busy weekend tomorrow, April 21 with another road match at nationally-ranked Grinnell.
