Clay Target finishes third in Trap, Skeet & Super Sporting at 4-Year State Championships as Reichardt finishes first in Trap

WAUKEE, Iowa – The Coe College Clay Target team wrapped up its fall competition schedule over the weekend at the Iowa 4-Year State Championships, competing against seven other schools and over 80 athletes. The Kohawks hit the podium in three of the four disciplines and the HOA leaderboard, finishing third in the Trap (468), Skeet (453) and Super Sporting (194) to round out an overall impressive performance as a team. Lily Reichardt was one of Coe's standout individual performers, taking home the title in the trap competition with a score of 96. Gregory Stewart and Mason Herrington led Coe's individual HOA finishes, posting total scores of 309 to finish fourth and fifth. Herrington earned a pair of third-place finishes in the Super Sporting and Sporting disciplines while Stewart was third in the Trap.
