AMES, Iowa – The Coe College men's track & field team had select student-athletes in action Friday at Iowa State's Cyclone Open. The competition was highlighted by freshman Jaden Royal who picked up another victory in the Triple Jump, leaping 13.47m to beat the field by .5m. Trent Allen picked up a 15th place finish in the 3000m with a personal-best mark of 8:59.63 while Talon Sargent posted a season-best 200m mark of 22.85 to place 15th. LaRon Donald rounded out Coe's top 20 finishes in the Long Jump, leaping 6.21m, just shy of his season-best mark to place 14th overall.
