CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Coe College men's golf team wrapped up play at its first tournament of the 2024 spring season on Saturday, playing the final 18 holes at the Wartburg Invite.
Lucas Geiger vaulted up the leaderboard on the final day of action, posting a final-round 75 to finish in 14th place.
Alec Brockmeyer and
Collin Brockmeyer joined Geiger in the sub-80 club on Saturday, posting rounds of 76 and 78 to finish T16 and T23 respectively. Overall, Coe finished in fifth place with a total of 621 strokes.
Gavin Jennings played as an individual and was the fourth Kohawk to card a round in the 70s on Saturday, turning in a round of 79 to finish T32.
