Volleyball returns to NCAA Tournament for third time in four season, will face UW-Whitewater in opening game of Bloomington Regional

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Coe College volleyball team is back in the NCAA Tournament for the third time in the last four seasons and is heading to Bloomington, Illinois for the Regional Championships which are being hosted by Illinois Wesleyan University. The Kohawk women, who ended the season with their fifth consecutive 20-plus win campaign, will face the no. 11 University of Wisconsin Warhawks in the opening match on Thursday, November 20 at 11:30 AM. Whitewater is back in the tournament for the seventh straight time, making a run to the National Championship match before falling in five sets to unbeaten Juniata College. The Warhawks boast one of the top blocking groups in the nation with a staggering 283 blocks on the year which is second in DIII while ranking 27th in total kills and 63rd in hitting percentage.
