Sam Scully turned in a team-low 78 on the opening round, sitting in a tie for sixth place after 18 holes. Behind Scully is

Alec Lovell (104, 48th), rounding out the opening round scores for the Kohawk men. As a team, Coe sits in fourth place after a team score fo 325 for the first 18 holes. The Kohawks are 12 shots behind Wartburg in third, 18 shots behind Kirkwood in second and 20 strokes behind Upper Iowa in first.
