CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Coe College senior women's basketball player Caydee Kirkham picked up national recognition Tuesday morning, being named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week after another stellar set of performances for the Kohawks. A native of Carthage, Illinois, Kirkham delivered her fifth 30-point effort of the year and her 13th 20-point performance in back-to-back victories as she helped the Kohawks improve to 18-4 on the year and 12-1 in league play. She became the second leading scorer in school history, eclipsing current head coach Kayla Waskow who was the owner of the record at the time of her graduation. Kirkham was also named the A-R-C's Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the fifth time this season as she continues to dominate both sides of the floor for Coe.
