INDIANOLA, Iowa – Coe College men's golf freshman Tyler Santi picked up his second collegiate victory Wednesday afternoon at the Storm Spring Classic, an 18-hole tournament hosted by Simpson College. The Indianola native enjoyed his return home, posting a one-under round of 70 with four birdies, which tied for the tournament high. Overall, the Kohawk men finished third on the team leaderboard with a total score of 298, just two strokes shy of first-place. Mitchell Katz played as an individual and was the second highest finisher, placing T4 with a two-over 73. Lane Pierson and Sam Scully helped bolster Coe's team score, finishing T7 and T12 with rounds of 74 and 75 respectively. Jackson Pipho rounded out the team score with a 79 while Tommy Kulesza and Brady Yergens competed as individuals and posted rounds of 76.
