CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Coe College women's basketball sophomore guard
Taylor Brunson was named first team all-region by d3hoops.com Tuesday. Hailing from Marion, Brunson delivered the most prolific scoring season in program history. She became the first player to surpass 500 points in a single season, finishing with 550 and recording six games with 30 or more points. Brunson averaged 21.2 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.9 steals, 1.8 assists and 0.5 blocks per game, making her presence felt on both ends of the floor. She is Coe's second straight first-team all-region honoree, joining teammate
Caydee Kirkham who picked up first team honors in 2024.
