Brian Collier was a stand-out receiver on the gridiron as well as excelling on the track. As a sophomore, he earned a spot on the All-Conference team for his effort on the football field while recording the third-fastest time in school history in the 400m hurdles. Collier continued to perform in his junior year, again earning First-Team All-Conference in football and all-American in the 1600m relay. During the football season, Collier had numerous record-setting performances, including 223 receiving yards in a single game as well as four receiving touchdowns in a single game. He totaled 11 receiving touchdowns on the year, which is still good for third all-time in Coe's history.

Collier continued the record-setting during the track season, posting impressive times in the 110m hurdles, 55m hurdles and the 200m hurdles. His time in the 200m hurdles remains the fastest in Kohawk history while his time in the 110m and 55m still ranks second all-time. Collier's name is also still present in the football record books as he ranks sixth all-time in receiving touchdowns, 11th all-time in kick return average and 15th all-time in receiving yards. While at Coe, Collier was named the Barron Bremner Outstanding Male Athlete in 2018 while also being a finalist for the award in 2017.
